At Digital Wizards Media, we strive to deliver high-quality digital marketing services to businesses in India and across global markets including the United States and the United Kingdom. This policy outlines when and how refunds may be issued.

1. Refund Scope

Refunds are applicable only to the service fees charged directly by Digital Wizards Media.
We do not refund any advertising spend paid to third-party platforms, including but not limited to:

  • Meta (Facebook, Instagram)

  • Google Ads

  • LinkedIn Ads

  • WhatsApp Business API

  • Any other ad platform or media partner

Clients are responsible for their own ad budget payments made directly to these platforms or managed on their behalf.

2. Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund of our agency fees if:

  • Our team fails to initiate or deliver the agreed service

  • No major deliverables were shared (e.g., ad creatives, leads, strategy documents, campaign reports)

  • The issue was caused by us, not client-side delays or non-cooperation

  • You submit a refund request within 7 calendar days of the project start date or payment

Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be partial if some services were already rendered.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Any media/ad spend paid directly or indirectly to third-party platforms

  • Delays caused by the client (e.g., late approvals, unresponsive communication)

  • Completed services, digital assets, lead data, or strategic consulting already delivered

  • Subscription periods that have already started or elapsed

  • Platform bans, policy violations, or account limitations imposed by Meta/Google

4. Refund Request Process

  • Your name or business name

  • Invoice number or payment reference

  • Reason for your request

We will respond to all valid refund requests within 5 business days and process approved refunds within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

5. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad,Gujarat,India

6. Policy Updates

We may revise this Refund Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
